Sarah works as the campaign coordinator for Textbook Affordability at the University of Montana for the Montana Public Interest Research Group (MontPIRG). She is in her first year of study at the University of Montana in Missoula studying Bio-Chemistry and Psychology. She grew up in Stevensville, MT and went to high school at Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire. Sarah has been involved with the MontPIRG since her return to Missoula.

The Montana Public Interest Research Group (MontPIRG) is a statewide non-profit, non-partisan public interest advocacy organization. MontPIRG is one of 26 state Public Interest Research Groups (PIRGs) a part U.S. PIRG, the federation of state PIRGs.
