Saray Deiseil
Saray is the Chief Operating Officer at iNDIGO PROjECT MEDIA (iPM), a multimedia production company producing inspiring tv, film and web content. At iPM, Saray oversees development and production of all series, feature films and digital media content. After graduating with a B.A. in Film and Video production from Brooks Institute of Photography, Saray worked on various scripted television Comedies and Dramas providing her with extensive knowledge and experience in all stages of production.

In 2008, Saray developed iPM’s first project, Planet Progress, a web series inspiring people to alter their daily routines for an improved and healthier life-style. Planet Progress has been used within educational curriculums from Elementary schools to Universities. Planet Progress is fiscally sponsored by the International Documentary Association and has won a Special Hero Award from My Hero International Film Festival and awarded with a Webby Honoree recognition.

Saray is in production with the web series, INSPIRA, as part of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation. INSPIRA is hosted by Emanuel Pleitez and Gabriela Fresquez who are on a search to find inspiring Latino leaders across America. Saray has organized the production to work with Latino leaders, such as Dolores Huerta (Activist), Gina Rodriguez (Actress, Filly Brown), Jon Huertas (Actor, Castle), Aimee Garcia (Actress, Dexter) and Maria Teresa Kumar (Founder, Voto Latino). Within a week after INSPIRA’s launch, it garnered publicity through NBC Latino, Latino LA, Being Latino and Nosotros US Magazine as well as being nominated for The Social Revolucion Americano Award at SXSWi in Austin, TX.

Saray is the Media Advisor of Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT), a leadership and workforce development program which connects emerging Latinos to each other, to experts, to resources, to platforms, and career paths in STEM fields, business and finance, education and other fields. In March, 2012, Saray organized the first LOFT Entertainment Boot Camp. In addition, she’s a member of the International Documentary Association, California Lawyers for the Arts and the National Association of Latino Independent Producers. Saray is passionate about the environment, arts, cycling and Latino issues. She volunteers as a Mountain Restoration Supervisor for Tree People, for the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition and the annual Latino Legacy Weekend. Saray was born and raised in Los Angeles where she currently resides.
