Mr. Lee is a leader in infrastructure investments, with particular expertise in public private partnerships (PPP’s). He has co-authored an Op Ed for Politico with Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley on Ports America’s recent 50 year PPP in the Port of Baltimore and has appeared on CNBC’s ‘Street Signs’.

Mr. Lee is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Johns Hopkins University where he graduated in 1974 with a BA in History.
