Rep. James Walsh's campaign reacted angrily Tuesday after a new television ad began airing, using emotional pleas from children to attack his stand on stem cell research.

Majority Action, a Washington, D.C., issues group created to help Democratic congressional candidates, said Walsh is among four congressmen targeted nationwide by the ads.
