<p>That all changed for '08, when McCain decided to openly embrace Kissinger and <a href="http://hotlineblog.nationaljournal.com/archives/2006/12/kissinger_peter.html">name him Honorary Co-Chair</a> for his presidential campaign in New York.</p>
