	<abstract><![CDATA[<p>Karl Rove will be a member of the <em>Newsweek</em> family through 2009, the <em>New York Observer</em>'s John Koblin <a href="http://www.observer.com/2008/karl-rove-2-years-16-columns-newsweek">has confirmed</a>.
