CHICAGO (STNG) -- Chicago and suburban Cook County broke their respective single-day Early Voting records Monday, according to the Cook County Board of Elections office. Cook County has a new cumulative Early Voting record and the city is on the verge of breaking the cumulative mark, a release from the clerk's office said.
