Herron of Dartmouth College, has <a href="http://www.dartmouth.edu/~herron/mn.pdf">put together a new study</a> of the voting patterns in Minnesota, in the process determining that the majority of voters who cast unrecorded ballots in the Senate race were likely Franken supporters. <br />
