As if declaring his innocence when America knows that Patrick Fitzgerald has tapes of him sounding like Tony Soprano weren't bizarre enough, Rod Blagojevich decided to make his press conference even more uncomfortable today by reading a portion of Rudyard Kipling's poem "If."
