Counterterrorism agents are investigating the mailings to Sarkozy, Justice Minister Rachida Dati, Interior Minister Michele Alliot-Marie and Culture Minister Christine Albanel _ the latest members of the governing conservative party to be targeted by such a letter campaign, the officials said.
