Chairman Michael Steele addressed the Republican National Committee State Chairmen Tuesday afternoon, announcing that the "Republican renaissance has now begun." In his speech, Steele invoked Ronald Reagan, and said the Republicans have now turned a corner and will soon "emerge as the party of new ideas," while criticizing Obama's first 100 days, a period he called the "reign of error."
