<p>Saying that his<a href="http://www.chicagopublicradio.org/Content.aspx?audioID=35526"> office is overwhelmed</a> having assumed virtual responsibility for managing Burr Oak Cemetery, Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart <a href="http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2009/07/sheriff-recruits-comb-through-burr-oak.html">asked</a> a civil court for an emergency order appointing someone to run the desecrated graveyard.</p>
