<p>No, not the effort to drive U.S. forces America out of Iraq -- that continues unabated. I&acirc;m talking about the Bush administration&acirc;s decision to stop using the words "insurgency&acirc; and &acirc;insurgent&acirc; to describe the rebel forces.</p>

<p>Yesterday, Donald Rumsfeld said that &acirc;over the weekend&acirc; <a href="http://www.defenselink.mil/transcripts/2005/tr20051129-secdef4361.html">he&acirc;d had &acirc;an epiphany&acirc;</a> that &acirc;this is a group of people who don&acirc;t merit the word &acirc;insurgency&acirc;&acirc;.</p>
