<p>This time it's the new National Intelligence Estimate <a href="http://www.dni.gov/press_releases/Declassified_NIE_Key_Judgments.pdf">report</a> on the threat of terrorist violence against America that is being given the utterly ludicrous "on the one hand... and on the other hand" treatment.</p>
