<p>EMILY's List, known for funding female candidates for public office, has two main qualifications for getting their endorsement. You have to be female and you have to be pro-choice. The organization recently <a href="http://emilyslist.org:80/news/releases/2008_tinker_endorsement/">endorsed Nikki Tinker</a> in her run for Congress from Tennessee.</p>
