blessing of the US government

closed</a>. About 200,000 people discovered passes they'd purchased were now 
worthless. No refunds would be given. A class action lawsuit
<a href="http://www.wired.com/epicenter/2009/06/grounded-airport-fast-lane-company-faces-class-action-suit/">
has been filed</a>. But forget the money. Will anyone consider a fraud action 
against the company's executives and perhaps against competing &amp;quot;registered 
traveler&amp;quot; company Flo? And should someone hold the Transportation 
Security Agency accountable for the mess?</p>
