In the midst of a growing controversy over inappropriate emails to a 16-year-old, male page, Rep. Mark Foley (R-FL) resigned today after ABC News obtained excerpts of instant messages in which Rep. Foley made "repeated references to sexual organs and acts." Ironically (or maybe not,) Rep. Foley was the chairman of the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children.
