In recent columns he's <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/04/17/AR2006041701259.html">mocked Al Gore</a> (while trying to compliment him), dismissed Stephen Colbert as an <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/05/03/AR2006050302202.html">unfunny bully</a> for telling nasty Bush jokes, and most recently<a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/05/08/AR2006050801323.html"> tattled</a> on readers who were sending him angry emails.
