	<abstract><![CDATA[<p>A new <a href="http://www.gao.gov/new.items/d09709.pdf">study</a> released by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) reveals that "Over 90 percent of the firearms seized in Mexico and traced over the last 3 years have come from the United States" and that "the firearms seized in Mexico have been increasingly more powerful and lethal in recent years." </p>
