	<abstract><![CDATA[<p>Washington, D.C. - September 24. Kristin Rowe-Finkbeiner, Executive Director of <a href="http://www.momsrising.org">MomsRising</a>, and fifteen local Mothers were 
prevented from delivering a letter signed by 22,000 voters to the office of Governor 
Sarah Palin.
