Bush be able to get Scooter Libby off the hook by refusing to produce classified information at his trial? </a> Looks like that's Libby's defense strategy. It's called "graymail." Maybe that's why Fitzgerald charged Libby with lying instead of espionage; this way, graymail is much less likely to work.</p>

<p>In the meantime, who deleted emails from the White House server? If we had a Congress, instead of a doormat, someone would be demanding to know.</p>
