This week, a <a href="http://www.dailypress.com/news/local/military/dp-local_webb_0511may11,0,6747052.story">small group of Democrats </a>are using back door dealings to torpedo the widely-supported new GI Bill. For anyone new to the issue, here's the bottom line up front:</p>
