	<abstract><![CDATA[<p>Minnesota's State Canvassing Board ruled it does not have jurisdiction over rejected absentee ballots cast in Minnesota's US Senate race. However, it left open the door for local election officials to sort through rejected absentee ballots and determine if any were improperly rejected. Ballots can be rejected for one of four reasons.
