Shawn Rubin is the co-founder and President of Longitude (golongitude.org). Longitude is a Rhode Island based non-profit organization working with visionary leaders of grassroots educational and human rights initiatives in resource-poor countries like Ghana and India. Shawn started Longitude after an 18-month sabbatical volunteering with schools and small NGOs across the world. Shawn also works as a kindergarten teacher at the Highlander Charter School in Providence RI.
