Sherry Moeller, co-founder and principal of MoKi Media, was the previous editor in chief of Capitol File magazine/Niche Media covering politicians, celebrities, fashion, travel, hospitality and lifestyle in Washington, DC and around the country. She secured celebrity covers and high-profile interviews with political figures, business leaders and tastemakers. As an award-winning journalist with more than 15 years experience in the magazine, newspaper and online media industries, Moeller was also editorial director at Washington Spaces/GWPI, a subsidiary of The Washington Post, and real estate/homes editor at The Gazette/Post-Newsweek. She launched her DC-based media firm in 2009. Moeller has a BS in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park and lives in North Potomac, Maryland.
