Big Sean's uptempo track "Marvin and Chardonnay" has been screaming for a music video to accompany it since Sean's debut solo album Finally Famous first dropped. Today, the clean version of the song featuring Kanye West and Roscoe Dash, is trending all over Twitter with some new Kanye-esque visual enhancements.

The video, directed by Hype Williams, highlights the trio admiring and being admired by multiple lady friends, while donning their bling and bold-colored suits. Simple yet eye-catching. What more does a Detroit rapper need to go viral?

Coincidentally, Big Sean was this week's #Influencer on "What's Trending." The emcee opened up about his journey to stardom, learning from Kanye after signing with his G.O.O.D. Music label, and listening to his heart. Take a look.

Big Sean says that the tremendous diversity in his upbringing comes through in his music and makes it accessible to a broad audience. While his debut album in "finally" out, he explained on the What's Trending Live show that it's been quite a journey, "It took a long time to get to the beginning."

Growing up in the "hood" while going to school in a more well-off area gave him a unique level of perspective that has continued to inform his music. The emcee got his big break in his teens when he snuck into a radio station and rapped for Kanye West, who was at the station promoting a new album. From there it took years to develop his act and build the relationships and fanbase to launch him on the hip-hop scene.

"One of the things Kanye really taught me was...be unique, set yourself apart." The rapper continued to explain that despite Kanye's guidance and support, they've not always seen eye, but when they differ, the 23 year-old Sean has always trusted his heart.

When the conversation moved to Big Sean's robust presence on social media, including his over 900,000 Twitter followers, the artist described when he learned just how powerful his network of fans was. He had tweeted about doing an in-store concert in New York. "They expected 200 people and it was like 6,000 people," he said. He continued to tell us that the venue ended up getting fined $100,000.
