Apart from being a writer in her spare time, she is also a classical Indian dancer trained in traditions of Bharatanatyam and Odissi. She has performed dance at Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan and at the Governor’s Mansion in Hartford, Connecticut. At school, she founded the Debate Team and partakes in many clubs.
