Simon Cohen is a moral and social commentator, and regular Pause for Thought contributor on the Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2.

Simon is a champion of communications with conscience. At the age of 24, he founded global tolerance - an international communications agency that only works with people committed to positive social change. He has represented many of the world's leading social change-makers including HH Dalai Lama and Gandhi's grandson. In March 2013, Simon placed the whole organisation on a one year sabbatical, to coincide with the birth of his first child and the company's 10 year anniversary.

He has spoken at the World Youth Summit, World Economic Forum, UNESCO, TEDx, and other international events. He is a freelance journalist and has written for Newsweek/Washington Post, USA Today, The Guardian, BBC and many other lead media.
Simon is the recipient of numerous awards, recognized as one of the most influential people in the PR industry, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Simon has a BA in Theology from the University of Nottingham. After three years of soul-searching and selling in the advertising world, Simon set up global tolerance in 2003.

He is married to his beautiful wife Kate, and lives in bliss in Brighton. They are expecting their first child in April 2013.

One of Simon's favourite people is his 9 year old nephew, Joshua. Oh, and he used to dabble a bit in breakdancing.!
