“I think your priorities are way mixed up, maybe because you don't truly understand how the paps work. They are not there just to try to get a picture (although a few are) most paps stalk and say nasty things to the celebrities in order to wild them up so they can make more money when they sell the pics, unfortunately Shia fell for it. Shia was born and raised in LA, if he hasn't left it's probably because the paps didn't bother him to the point of wanting to leave, he has been friendly to paps who have been friendly to him, so I doubt he saw some poor guy taking his pic and decided to hurt him, the pap obviously did or said something that offended him.”

“Grape Soda was ok?”
suemj on Oct 16, 2010 at 22:40:29
“Andy, I had no idea what the term " Grape Soda" meant until I just found out, never having heard it said used. She was indeed wrong and racist in stating it, and I can understand why he stated what he did. She should explain herself, and as I've said earlier, no one can dispute that she is trashy and degrading.”
JoeMentia on Oct 16, 2010 at 22:34:12
“Yes. Comics of all race have been joking about the black love for grape soda or purple kool-aid for years. Stop being so sensitive. Would you be as verklempt had a black comic sniped at a white one with a mayonnaise reference?”

“Everything you can do in public you can also do at home. Should celebrities not be allowed on the streets unless they're willing to be harassed?”
Central Amerivan girl on Oct 16, 2010 at 23:18:21
“No one is saying that. I have always thought that if they don't want to
see paparazzis they should not go to public places when there's a lot
of people around, especially in paparazzi cities like Los Angeles and
New York. They should avoid public places so they won't have to
run into people they don't want to see,it's the logical thing. But if
famous people like him do go out anyway it should be at a time
there's not much people around and at a place that is not out in
“I hate Fox News and it's filled with trash, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt here. I think he was so excited to make his point that instead of saying "Not all Muslims are terrorists, but the terrorists who attacked us are Muslims." he said "Not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims." Maybe on a subconscious level he does believe what he said (he does work at Fox News after all) but it does sound like he got his words mixed up here. I can't believe I just defended this guy...”
“People always complain about how superficial the fashion industry is, but now that they choose to promote more interesting and different looking girls other than your girl next door people complain that they're not "hot"enough. "Hot" isn't what they're looking for, fashion models are supposed to look cool and interesting, not make you horny (although some still do that too lol).”
“There's a huge divide between fashion models (FW Runways) and commercial models (SI, VS). Lindsey is a fashion model, no sex appeal needed, she's there to look cool wearing designers clothes, not to turn guys on.”

“She's admitting she had it easier, not trying to sound like she had it hard (no pun intended). She "knew better" because she grew up around people in the industry, so when it came time to make those decisions she had it much easier, get it? What's with all the hate on actors and singers who have famous parents? Even if the only reason some of them make is because they have parents who are connected, why are they any worse than 90% of the terrible actors on TV and Hollywood who are only on screen because of good luck and being good looking?”
Susan Shaffer on Oct 8, 2010 at 17:24:55
“that is only american tv.
if you look at british tv they employ actors who look like real people”

“Why was my original comment deleted? All I said was that I grew up listening to Eminem and yet he had no negative impact on me like so many people claims his music has on kids. Pop culture is always used as an excuse by bad parents for the reason their kids misbehave.”

“What do you mean by "bought into the superficial / shallow path of so many in the entertainment industry. "? As far as I can tell, the only thing that has changed about him is the quality of his music. The first 3 albums were great, but the last 3... I can't even stand his singles anymore.”
Max Shaw on Oct 8, 2010 at 16:07:33
“Yeah its certainly not shallow...I just dont think he's that 'angry' anymore. Being a parent kinda takes most of the hate out of you...Theres no time for it anymore.”
“Yeah, after republicans did a great job of lying and scaring everyone. I'm not saying the minority is always right neither, I'm saying using poll numbers to show "America" agrees with you is pointless and doesn't prove what you think is true to be so.”
“A terrorist would probably read your crazy comment with a smile on his face. That's exactly what they wanted, Americans to feel threatened my Muslims so they can use it as propaganda and say "look they do hate us".
"Building this Mosque is legal but shows a complete lack of sensitivity for those that honor the dead of 9/11. "
So the people who actually lost loved ones, don't honor the people they lost?
"The Mosque issue is a matter of respect for the American people not religious freedom or the constitution."
The people trying to build this Community Center are American and they are protected by our constitution, maybe you should show them some respect.”
“I'm from NY, I witnessed it too. You're so offended by this so I'm assuming you witnessed the people who are building this community center attacking the WTC that day. Were they inside the planes and parachuted out before they hit the towers?”
“What laws are being broken? Are gays or Muslims breaking any laws? As far as Arizona Repubs goes, they aren't doing anything against illegal immigrants coming in, they're trying to figure out ways to abuse the legal ones who are already here who they don't feel look American enough.”
