“i eat a ton of fat during the day too. whole milk kefir (homemade) 4-8 eggs per day. salmon. etc. and guess what? im not hungry. my diet is 70% fat most days. I also eat sweet potatoes and potatoes. it is satisfying and nutritious. i can't say that for the slideshow above.
the key is getting enough fat calories that you don't feel hungry all the time. a lot of the time i have to put my food into fitday in order to get enough.”

You should read Covert Bailey's literature from the 80's & 90's.”

“I was a regular gym rat for some time...I found it made me very hungry, and I wound up gaining weight, plus gave me knee pain from the treadmill...I just do exercises and light free weights now...have lost over 40 pounds, have at least another 30 to go...”
“This fat phobia really is a huge scam. I never ever ever eat low fat anything, never go on "diets". Love fatty meats, fried foods (homemade), lots of greens, whole-milk yogurt, bitterwsweet chocolate. I'm in my 60s & weight ranges125-130lb - same size I was as a teen. I hate lunch, love to walk, so I walk for lunch.”

“If your genetic structure isn't used to eating wheat you are correct that it may have trouble adjusting and more wheat will make the intolerance worse. Most people don't have such a genetic structure.”
