I will not eat anything that contains High Fructose Corn Syrup or Partially Hydrogenated anything. Try to find food in America that is not jammed packed with all those poisons. For example, I wanted Unsweetened Applesauce. A healthy snack with an ingredient list that should be no longer than Apples and Water. Yet, you read the label on Motts and it's Water, Apples, and what looks like a chemistry experiment. After much searching I finally found an organic brand and it only contained Apples and Water.

While Americans do consume large portions and large portions of bad food like displayed here we must also get companies to stop producing "Food Products" which are poison and start producing Food that the body can actually digest.

If something has a shelf life longer than the life span of an average person, the smart advice is you should not eat it.”
