“This is one incident. The VA works extreamly well the majority of the time. Ask any Vet and they would never give it up. I'm sure you'll hear twice the amount of horror stories from Private Hospitals. Government Run Healthcare works just fine.”

“Exactly, I love how Law Enforcement in this situation is Judge and jury and Executioner. It's suppose to be proven in a court of law if the SUSPECT is indeed Guilty. If he is proven Guilty, then he should receive full punishment. But I guess no one will ever know.”

If follow up reports are to be believed, he was apprehended and taken into custody where he died from his wound received at the coffee shop.
While this is emotional to law enforcement, it's a stretch to think the various agencies, coroner, and DA conspired to execute this man without a trial.
He was a danger to society and anyone who would apprehend him and his own actions provoked his being shot.”
