North Korea's Kim Jong-Un Is Wanted For Crimes Against Humanity, UN-Mandated Inquiry Says

North Korea's Kim Jong-Un Is Wanted For Crimes Against Humanity, UN-Mandated Inquiry Says

“We are still wrapping up over a decade of wars and the debts from those wars will be around even longer. Care to explain to the American people why we should start ANOTHER war AND incur even MORE debt? America will do nothing. China would support N. Korea because they don't want millions of starving N. Korean refugees streaming into China. Every country (except N. Korea) will condemn N. Korea because it will look good while involving no real consequences. Welcome to Earth.”

“Going to war with N.Korea is,nt an option and in my opinion the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan have in no way stabilised the region its the hypocrisy i detest.”

“if you haven't watched the news much, it's President Obama. and, incidentally, it's Boehner's House's job to propose a budget, not President Obama's. see, the way it works is the house sends a budget to the senate. the senate approves it, or, more likely, rejects it and then a committee of reconciliation is formed for both chambers to agree on the budget. then they send it to the President to be approved or rejected (also called a "veto"). notice, in the budget process, that the President's responsibilities are at the end.”

1. monkeys are smarter
2. monkeys may handle money better
3. monkeys probably know that rape can still lead to pregnancy and you may be able to teach a monkey what global warming is
4. monkeys are both funnier and less dangerous”

“i don't personally know anyone whose budget hasn't been sequestered in the last 5 years. i don't think it's the smartest solution, but we don't have a smart house to propose a smarter solution. sequestration is probably the only method to reduce our budget and debt. personally, i think it's about time for congress to have to learn how to survive on a limited (and usually shrinking) budget just like every american that i know has had to. and while they're at it, they should sequester every "perk" they get also. i don't know anyone outside of congress that gets those either.”

as a Texan, i would love to see it go blue. the dems should really reach out to lower and middle income white texans who have been indoctrinated into believing all the republican propaganda.

agree with the idea that corporations are not people 278%. again, a law would work better than trying an amendment though.”

“This is my favorite part. Love it :

""For the last two years, the House has done its work. We've passed legislation that has tackled the tough challenges that America faces, only to see our Senate colleagues do nothing," Boehner said to reporters in mid-February. "Well, those days are over. The House will continue to meet our obligations, but the Senate Democrats must begin to do their work."

In the Republican world, passing partisan, ideological legislation that has no chance of passing qualifies as doing your job. Refusing to introduce budgets, one of the House's constitutional duties, is doing your job. Refusing to consider proposals from the President of the United States of America, even when your own party had previously proposed the same ideas, is doing your job. Wow. By their standards the Republicans have been quite busy indeed. They must be ready for another vacation.”
