“Two weeks of avoiding commenting because of this new format and you have broken that self-imposed exile.
That, my friend, was brilliant. Thank you.”

“Hi Bucky - I like your microbio! They changed things earlier in the US than the UK so now it's my turn to watch the friend count drop, specially now you have to have the dreaded Face Book account to comment. Lots of people are leaving and it's very sad.”
“Most large liquor stores will have at least a few brands and they typically vary in price from about $35 to $80 a bottle. Like any liquor, absinthe will vary in taste and intensity, but the basic flavors are anise (licorice) and various herbs. Some find it very mediciney (it's a word), which is no surprise.
It's an acquired taste (which I love), and the sugar and water ritual makes it more enjoyable. Iit is a slow process, which should serve as a reminder to takes things slowly and enjoy each sip.
“With the dropping temperatures, my Crock Pot is seeing its annual increase in use. Making chili for the office party on Thursday, and I plan on corned beef and cabbage this weekend. Next week, who knows? But chances are it'll be slow cooked and comfy.
I'm gonna need to do a lot of sit-ups this winter.”

“I always liked the word "dither". Around the office we use it for just about anything. When the copier starts acting up, we say "Is that dammed thing dithering again?" Also, "Don't dither, just tell me what you need." Or, "Man, I got totally dithered Friday night."
It is the one exception we make. Trust me, we dithered quite a bit over this issue.”
