What Does the Popularity of 50 Shades of Grey Say About Our Sexuality?

“We are not interested in the sexual aspect about the book. Its more about the romance and love they share. Its how he changes just for love which you rarely see these days. I'm sure all the female readers will agree with me when i say, its not purely about the sex(that part is ok). Its about having someone who will give up the world just to be with you.”

“I have to disagree. I don't see the romance in it, as much as I see Christian obsessed with controlling someone- every aspect of their life. I don't believe that's love- it's stalking. Granted, it turns it to love with him- but only after he has the initial control of her life in every sense of the word.
Moving on- I believe many couples fall into a routine with their relationship and are just afraid to deviate it from it time to time.”
