“I make lentil-sweet potato soup and freeze it. I actually have carrots/sweet potato in equal amounts, half that of onions and bulb of garlic smashed flat with a big stone. And mixed in with red lentils, I have some green and brown ones and a handful of mixed beans.

Once it is cooked it gets the soup whiz treatment. I serve with fresh coriander and when heating stir in some coconut oil.”
