“You're not free to incite violence against people either. A sign that accuses the president of being involved in a violent religiously based war against Americans and America and issues a :wake up" call could well be taken as doing just that. After all, if the president is a secret and dangerous enemy bent on destroying you and yours, it's not far for many who buy this to take the next step. And of course, the racist imagery thrown in doesn't hurt either.”

“ok, a quick google image search brings up this picture, among others, which, as skinnt as she is in it, shows a completely different waist shape than on the cover. She has never had a pronounced waist, even very thin, so there is no question they played around with this picture. the only alternative is that she had several ribs removed.
