“Calm down. The justice will come when the charges are dropped, dismissed, reduced or they enter into a diversionary program where the charges are later dismissed. As with most criminal cases the police always overcharge and throw in as many extra charges as possible. The way the system works is that most of the non-applicable, superfluous charges are later dropped or disposed of during the plea bargaining process. When the public is only exposed to the initial charges people are facing the result is outrage oftentimes. Trust me, these folks aren't going to get felony convictions nor will they be going to trial. If the charges are dismissed they'll probably end up pleading to minor summary offense charges such as disorderly conduct.”
“scott's blatent refusal to implement the program is going to cost his re-election and also cost some state house republican seat during the midterms election......
Great way to doom your own party.....”
“he's getting everything he deserved.....he invaded other people's privacy and now his privacy is invaded..no more hiding like a coward behind a handle....now he can live in the real world where there are consequences for certain actions and especially when it comes to the internet”
