“Walmart and a lot of other places don't even have functioning security cameras. My dad's wife had her car broken in and a purse bag stolen from a Lowe's parking lot. The security cameras in that parking lot according to the police had been nonfunctioning for months.

Also a lot of these places rerecord over the tapes every 24 hours. They don't have digital storage or even good security cameras. They use the cheapest stuff they can buy and it often doesn't work or provide any visual images what soever.”
