“So is the 2nd winner a friend of whoever makes those decisions. Sounds like a crock to me. I hope he does sue them. Everyone, ever, in any contest that the winner is chosen by votes, I can guarantee the participant has asked for votes. Guess Carrie Underwood, Scotty McCreary,
and any other American Idol winners should be disqualified and have to give back all the money and perks they earned by winning, because they asked for votes. As a matter of fact...President Obama should be disqualified, you bet he asked for votes.”

“One big difference: the rules of that specific sweepstakes, made it clear (in the fine print) that a contestant couldn't post something on or off line, asking for votes.. People vote on their own.. No wonder the guy won, he cheated!!”
