“The country is going to get awfully tired of listening to this preachy know-it-all, self-important moh-ron well before he tries to make his move to higher office.”

“I long, yearn even, to the depths of my mortal soul that someday -- soon I hope -- the incessant comparing of presidents or anyone for that matter with Ronald Reagan (a 3rd class president at best) will mercifully cease.
“We had drought of 2010, 2011, 2012.
The most costly hurricanes in last 20 years were from 2004 and 2012.
Wildfires burnt 3,000,000 acres of forest in 2001 and 10,000,000 in 2012.
Killer beetles destroyed in USA and Canada more than 100,000,000 acres of forests from 2000 and 2012.
It create necessity to: Build small power plants in affected forest, use wood as fuel for energy production, clean area and REGROW forests. Make all our ponds, lakes, creeks, rivers deeper and wider, build reservoirs TO COLLECT spring water. Start build systems to RELOCATE WATER FROM FLOODING AREA TO DRY. Farmers, unemployed from housing, forestry have skills, machinery and will to make it happen.
Profit from harvest of 2013, energy production, reduction of emergency spending on wildfires and hurricanes will cover all expences for creation of millions of local jobs in all states. These jobs will never go overseas.”
You cannot contractually obligate a person to do something like agree not to report a crime if they witness a crime being committed as part of their contractual responsibilities (that is, if the report as described above is true).”

“Bachmann thinks she is a lawyer.
Actual members of the bar are not so sure.
Since the NDA is in writing, it should be easy enough for a prosecutor or attorney general to subpoena a copy and see how foolish Ms. B. and her staff really are.”
“Rather than the White House wasting time and bandwidth on this useless petitioning nonsense which serves no useful purpose, maybe it should play an endless and downloadable first year law school constitutional law course, with particular emphasis on the first fourteen amendments.
Someone writes the White House with a question about the Bill of Rights, and they get referred to that portion of the course which for many would likely be their first exposure to this document, or maybe for a mere refresher.
