That embedded and all too common 'fine print' is visible evidence of 'legalized criminal intent'.

Through the use of tricky verbiage, (especially with credit card agreements) banks leave open a door that gives them unfair and lopsided advantage of gargantuan proportion. They get away with this because they pretty much write the laws that are supposedly governing them - which as we can see - aren't.

We've all put up with this situation for so long that we know longer see it for what it is - CRIMINAL behavior.
