Well buddy, if they force you to listen to our President, I suggest you listen carefully to his message. The topic is all over the place, so it's not exactly a state secret. I can put it in a nutshell for you right here: Value your education, keep at it, do your best. That's it.

I once worked for a company that kept a large store of defective parts to ship to automobile manufacturers. They never missed a shipment quota, and when the bad parts came back, they were put back into storage until the next time we had a production crunch.
