Believe me, that's the norm. They send this types of pciture to each other. We only know about when they slip and send to a non-racist White person who exposes it or misdirect it to a Black person. If we have computer forensic investigations on government computer, from the municipal to the federal, you will see racist imaged and statements that far exceed the depracity of this one. We live in a culture of depravity-racism. I can assure you that the 73 year old man or woman did not creat the image. Who did?”
