Except that the subsidy is now down to 150% of the poverty level which is less than most states already have in place to subsidize.

Except that the only model we have is MA which after mandating now has the highest insurance premiums in the nation. There are no promises or commitments from the insurance industry to contain costs via the mandate.

Except that you can opt not to drive and be exempt. No one is exempt from this punitive corporate serving law. If you are alive in America you will pay the insurance industry.
