By gumming up the works, the GOP has brought America legislation to its knees. Is THIS what the founding fathers [a.k.a. original teabaggers] planned? I don't think so. “I voted for Obama as much as for what he appeared to be, as for what he said he was. I haven't been surprised yet. I'm realistic - Obama believes in a government by law - which includes Congress enacting lasting laws - so blaming him for what Congress is unable to accomplish seems stupid to me. Anyone who has read The Audacity of Hope has a roadmap of what he believes and wants to accomplish - so where is the surprise?

I didn't expect everything to happen in 30 second sound bites -- and if you did, you are more stupid than can be imagined. For some reason the Republicans decided the best way to overthrow a Democratic president was to put up a staunch wall of ... nothing. Do nothing. Criticize everything. Blame everything. and deliberately lie about just about everything. Hypocrits? Too kind a word. Let's try smoke and mirrors for 8 years of Bush/Cheney and downright lies.

This is a stark and clear speech of what what is best about humans against what is realistic in what we truly are -- incongruent. We want peace and happiness, but want our OWN peace and happiness...to hell with anyone else. This is the world we live in. I think Obama's speech was honest, he admitted he had little to show against others who have been awarded this honor, he explained about what he felt could be done in this real world we live in.”

Olberman helped raise money for Free Clinics.org because they need the money and Arkansas Congressional delegation apparently forgot that they represented people from their home state. Let's see just how many uninsured working people show up at these clinics. Only 1000 were in LA, however, numbers were limited because they couldn't find enough equipment [dental chairs, etc.] in NOLA or there would be more. There are LOTS of working people, HARD working people, who do not have health insurance. They need to come to AZ, we need them here as well.”
