Commented Nov 03, 2009 at 03:24:21 in Politics

“Nothing has really gotten done in this country since the sixties. And all the yahoo's from the sixties, have clogged up the system, and are never satisfied for more than 22 seconds. Bitch and moan, whine, complain -and the change you mind about what the problem is... The corporate Robber Baron's have played the American public to a T.
Gridlock on main stree, and in the halls of government. Fight amongst yourselves. Fight real good, and remember It'll take sixty votes, and half an election cycle just to deal with one issue. Take your time, because We're stealing all the money. Please Continue. As if it matters.”

“It does stink that the argument has been allowed to persist that the one, and seemingly only, foreign policy decision that was right for McCain has been allowed to build up his credentials. I think Obama was wrong on the surge, but had a couple of other correct decisions (specifically the decision to go in the first place, and changing the focus back to Afghanistan). But, what else was McCain correct about? Why is he allowed to focus on the one thing he got right without being called on all the others he got wrong (timetable for leaving, talking with Syria (sp?), North Korea, etc.”
