“Palin left her appointed ethics folks on the ethics board. The new governor left those people in place and probably likes that they excused Sarah all ethics violations and would like the same proviso for himself.

My guess is that there'll be a cute little "not guilty" and Andree will be overruled. But I hope she never gives up. Palin used that office as her own personal playhouse and Andree seems to be a person who is not....how shall I put it. A "quitter". ;-)”

“Isn't it a nice photo? My favorite photos of Barack Obama are with children. I've saved a few here and there in a file I started during the election - preserving a little history. (History buff.) And the other day I noted how many of them are Obama with a little person.

He seems to enjoy them. Not like...how to put it...... "Boogie boogie dat um one cutsie wootsie". :-) But like he enjoys their happy reactions - or their irreverent ones. "So you're Obama? Whatever. Got milk?" I think he finds them funny and spot on somehow.

I'm glad this little girl got her moment. I'm sorry that she's in such trouble. But I hope it helped her parents to know that the President of the United States had time for her - and for what it meant to her. God - what an awfully sad thing.”

I cannot stand to hear this woman talk. About anything. It's not just that she's so often wrong, it's that she's so emphatically wrong. I'd love to be able to tune in on a free day and listen to other women parsing over current events. But I just can't take her. I wish so much that Barbara would find herself another conservative. A dignified conservative with a brain certainly, but also with a less strident tone.

When she went out on that tour with Sarah Palin I cringed. Two not bright women (and proud of it) with the most annoying voices adding up to one big nasal smugfest.

I wish they'd find themselves a nice normal conservative to balance the view. I might watch then.”

Go down to the parking lot of your local Costco or the bowling alley or your nearest shooting range and find yourself a leggy woman with a pretty smile who looks something like Barbie. Get her to say "boo on taxes boo boo", ask her who was the President before George Bush, Sr. and if she knows just make sure that she can pronounce and spell "Reagan" (unless she has a Facebook page that someone else can write for her in which case it doesn't matter if she really can). Also check to see if she has all the accessories - some children and check the record to make sure they attend Sunday School. Some association with the NRA. The ability to cook something in a crockpot on camera.

Choose that woman. Not Sarah. And I will send the donation I was going to make to Obama to that woman's campaign. That woman will meet your criteria of totally unqualified but without the hate rallies that make the rest of us physically ill. You'll have a fun election season taking the unserious seriously and the rest of us can get on with being grownups. Doesn't that sound reasonable?”

I want to see her humiliated and any time I feel guilt over that I just remember those rallies. I want to see her do one big epic level fail with no where to hide and no one who cares anymore.”
