“President Obama is learnig what Hillary Clinton already knew about Washington DC, You won't change anything because there is to much money involved. Therefore you better get good at playing the game so that you can get what you promised. That's why I voted for Hillary in tyhe primary race and not Obama. He's learning now but it makes him look like all the other lying poilitican who promise the everything but delivers little. My advise to President Obama, you better learn quick.”

A Sign of the Times

Commented Sep 14, 2009 at 12:26:35 in Politics

“Paul you're dead spot on with this article. Progressive have been say this sense the first tea bagger party. It's all about hate. These idiots are so consumed with it they don't even realize what their marching for. An end to government run programs that they and their love ones are benefiting from. But please keep in mind that the republicans in congress love this. They want to end everything that FDR has done and if they get another bite at the apple, total control of congress and the white house they will try and destroy every program that is still in place. And yet these idiots are marching right along with them not knowing that their throwing the baby out with the bath water.”

CVN65 replied on Sep 14, 2009 at 15:01:21

“Golfer- look up the word "they're" and see how to properly use that instead of "their" before you again think about calling anyone an idiot. Try "since" and "saying" as well. One should exhibit at least a loose grasp of English before impugning the intelligence of others. BTW- the GOP had total control of gummint and did not eliminate squat. They did, in fact, add new entitlements and grow government drastically. One can only imagine the pain in your side if they had actually decreased the size of the government as they had promised to do. Much of what FDR did slipped through in the face of a crisis, the Depression, and had the effect of prolonging the misery. It wasn't until WWII allowed us to destroy much of the world's manufacturing base that the country came roaring back. FDR was a socialist/statist and a power-hungry opportunist. Cal Coolidge was much better leader.”
