Microsoft Store Employees Dance 'Electric Slide' As Customers Watch (VIDEO)

“It would help if they played the actual "Electric Slide" music when they are dancing. The music they are using just doesn't have the right beat to it. Considering that, it wasn't bad but not as good as it could have been.”

“Oh grow up! What I like about Obama is that he does what he thinks is the right thing to do without worrying about whether it will please his detractors or anyone else! He doesn't worry about the petty people out there like you who wait for his constant failure and why should he be embarrassed? I think he was a success just for going and trying...more than any other president has ever done!”

“I absolutely agree! I think MSNBC has made a big mistake with this show. What's with the move to the right? Has MSNBC bought the garbage that our country is really a center right country? I don't believe it at all...and if you continue with this garbage programming (Morning Joe, Dylan RATigan, Nancy Snyderman), you're going to lose your liberal/progressive viewers. I turn my TV off rather than watch any of them.
I will watch Ed, Keith, Rachel, David Shuster, and even Chuck Todd over any other show.”

“I disagree about Dr. Nancy Snyderman. I started tuning out The Today Show during her segments when she was on there and will never watch this show. Something about her self-important attitude gets to me!
However, I agree 100% about Chris Matthews. Chris is rude and never lets a guest finish what they are saying. I started doing housework or cooking during his shows, so I'll have time to sit down and watch Ed, Keith, and Rachel. I would also sit down to watch David Shuster if you give him his own show.
Hate Dylan RATigan...will never watch him.”

MSNBC Goes HD, Launches Dylan Ratigan, Dr. Nancy Snyderman Shows
Commented Jun 29, 2009 at 14:04:37 in Media
“Well, this is a mixed bag of news. MSNBC is my favorite news channel and I'm glad to hear they are going HD...however, I will NOT watch Dylan Ratigan because I can't stand ranting bloviators! I don't much care for Nancy Snyderman, either. I've seen her many times over the past several years on the Today show and I don't think she's a very good doctor. She goes too much with the AMA position on too many things. Those two will join Morning Joe as programs I refuse to watch!
So, for me, it's time to turn off the TV in the morning and get some house and yard work done! Or watch HGTV...
I'll turn it back on for Carlos, David and Tamron, and of course Ed, Keith, and Rachel. I too wish they would show The Ed Show twice in place of Chris twice.”

“Please don't think these students represent all Arizonans! There is a huge difference between those in mostly Republican Maricopa County, which has ASU and keeps electing McCain and Kyl, and Pima County in Southern AZ, which has Tucson and U of A. Southern AZ is more ethnically and racially diverse and has a larger percentage of Democrats. We always lead for the Democrats here, but Maricopa is bigger and has so far always carried the state Republican. The attitudes shown by these students are not held by anyone in my family, friends, work, or social group in Tucson!”

“Why are you using quotes around "grandson?" You do not believe that I actually have a gay grandson with those views? I don't need your belief or non-belief that I have a lesbian daughter and a gay grandson. What you believe does not alter facts.
The gay community is a very diverse community, just as the non-gay community is. My grandson is entitled to his views and feelings, just as you are. Don't try to cram your views down throats as being the only view a gay person is allowed to have!”

Obama National Security Adviser Doesn't Know If "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Will Be Repealed
Commented May 10, 2009 at 22:35:21 in Politics
“My grandson is one who is NOT eager for DADT to be immediately changed. He has told me there are many gay servicemen and women who prefer to stay anonymous and do not want to have to be out. Some are fine with the current status. Some are concerned about possible negative changes if DADT is changed amid a huge argument about whether it is right or not. Some are worried about backlashes from homophobic service members. It doesn't matter whether you believe it or not, but he assures me that it is true. So, even among gay men and women, they are not all in favor of DADT being repealed.”
JackNasty replied on May 11, 2009 at 04:51:04
“So, according to you, grandma, repealing Don't Ask Don't Tell would somehow force your "grandson" out of his closet.
That doesn't even come close to making sense. It may be the most ridiculous reationalization ever for denying gay men and women equal protection under the law.
Rest assured that if Don't Ask Don't Tell were repealed your "grandson" could remain in his closet .The only diffrence would be that your "grandson" would not face a discharge if someone reported him as being gay..”

THEY understand why this needs to be done in a careful, considered manner...and to not get into too many fights with congress all at the same time. My grandson IS in the military and he understands the need to be patient a bit more.
Are you a gay American serving in the military? If not, perhaps you speak out of tune.

“I do believe that President Obama intends to repeal DADT. I am the mother of a lesbian daughter, the grandmother of a gay man, and a long-time member and supporter of PFLAG...yet I understand his need to wait, as do my gay family members.
Obama took office with a country that is very much changed from when he started his presidential campaign! He did not plan on nor cause this financial crisis. Considering that, I think he has done remarkably well with all he has been able to get done this early. I understand that he has had to prioritize, and put some issues on a "back burner" until he takes care of the most pressing first.
I understand Obama's need to wait on DADT. He has A LOT on his plate, much of it is going to take a fight with congress. Tabling DADT until after the fight for health care, for instance, makes sense to my family and me. He needs to pick his battles, do what makes the most good for the most people FIRST. There are MANY more people suffering with poor or no health care than suffering because of DADT. We need health care reform NOW, this year.
I have no doubt that DADT will be repealed by President Obama long before the end of his first term. Just give him a chance!”
